Oluwafunmi A. Elufioye – 2024 – 2025

Oluwafunmi A. Elufioye is an accomplished Global HR professional with over a decade of experience in various sectors including consulting, humanitarian, International Development, and Global health. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Sunderland and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, Oluwafunmi possesses a strong educational foundation in the field. She has a proven track record across various HR functions and operational optimization and is dedicated to contributing to organizational growth and success.

Currently serving as a Global Recruiter – Public Health Consultant at IQVIA in Abuja, Nigeria, Oluwafunmi has built a diverse online talent pipeline across the EMEA region and supported numerous proposals contributing to substantial revenue. Prior to this role, she held positions such as Senior Human Resource & Operations Manager at ICAP Global Health, where she pioneered the establishment of the HR department and led comprehensive recruitment efforts. Oluwafunmi also served as a Human Resource Manager at ICAP Global Health, overseeing HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee relations.

Her extensive professional journey also includes roles at organizations like Plan International and Family Health International (FHI360), where she contributed to HR strategy formulation, recruitment, and performance management. Notably, she played a pivotal role in overseeing and managing  HR operations for the humanitarian response while streamlining recruitment processes for large-scale projects.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Oluwafunmi is actively involved in volunteer work. She is currently serving  as a UN Women UK CSW68 Delegate, Membership Chair and President (2024/2025). Previously, she served as Service Project Director, Club Service Director, Co-founder of the Rotary Tech Fellowship, all various leadership positions within Rotary International. Her commitment to community service and leadership development is evident through her diverse volunteer engagements.

Oluwafunmi's contributions to the field of HR are further highlighted by her publications in esteemed journals, with a notable number of (22) articles addressing topics ranging from workforce development to digital transformation and healthcare management.
